AFTER SALES SERVICES

Using a reliable and caring Property Management company is probably the most cost-effective way of safeguarding your home in Bulgaria. We, at NIG Invest Ltd., have designed a number of services to help from full property management to simple shopping trips providing excellent service giving you complete peace of mind. In response to our clients requirements and our understanding that a foreign country and a foreign language take time to get used to we now offer a number of services that our clients have felt are invaluable to them and we are sure you will find the professional service and attention to you the client just as invaluable as our clients before you.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ONLY

600 euro per year, or a monthly charge of 50 euro.

SERVICES INCLUDE:

Carrying out 2 security and maintenance checks per month.

Report via email including:photographs of any damage or potential problems such as damaged roof, leaks or anything significant on your entire property.

  • Seasonal caretaking including
  • Disconnecting water supply in winter, emptying cistern and lagging external pipes.
  • Ventilation of the property
  • Key holding
  • Organising required maintenance agreed with the client (maintenance charge separate)

* Please note we are not a security service and do not respond to alarms. However, we can arrange security (at additional cost) if required.

PROPERTY CLEANING AND CHANGE OVER SERVICE ONLY

If you intend to use your property for holidays for yourself and guests you will not want to spend your valuable free time cleaning your property after use. We at NIG Invest Ltd. offer a economical and efficient service to keep your property looking brand new. We can provide a service to clean a property after use by you or your guests including: Laundering bedding, towels and other linen. Cleaning of floors, toilets, sinks and baths, kitchen surfaces and appliances, internal windows and polishing and dusting of all furniture.

  • One bed apartment - 30.00 euro
  • Two bed apartment - 40.00 euro
  • Two bed house - 50.00 euro
  • Three bed house - 70.00 euro

Cleaning after building work is charged on quotation. Cleaning and moaning of gardens is to be paid on quotation as well.

You can arrange to have fresh produce delivered to your property before you or your guest arrive. The basic welcome pack includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bread, butter, jam, eggs, ham, cheese and bottled water. Home delivery.

COMPLIMENTS, COMPLAINTS AND FEEDBACK

Please inform us of which services you would like to under take and we will calculate this into GBP if you wish to pay in this way, and an invoice for payment will be issued, NIG Invest After Sales Services welcomes and values comments and suggestions about how we run our services. We want to continuously improve, building on our strengths. We will try to do what is reasonably possible to provide, or adapt to meet, the services you request.

If on the other hand you feel you have not received the standard of service you expect and have cause to complain, please let us know. We treat all complaints seriously and will acknowledge all formal complaints within two working days of receipt. All complaints will be thoroughly investigated and a written response provided within 10 working days. However there will be situations, which are complex or involve third parties where it will not be possible to resolve a complaint within the timescale. In such cases we will undertake to keep you informed of progress on a regular basis.

Please Note:
1. We will need copy of your company decision and your original company stamp if you request certain services such as accountancy, utilities bills transfers etc.
2. To be able to manage your house or to resell it, or access for some reason we would request the key for the property to be left at the regional office.
Please also note, that no After Sales Services will be undertaken if a contract is not signed from you and payment is not received in a time.
